I would definitely recommend Lisa Wiles and already have.She is very professional and immensely knowledgable. She and her staff are helpful and patient. I read all my documents and had several questions. Her staff was always ver willing to get on the phone and answer all my questions in detail. I trusted their answers and recommendations. I'm very grateful for their help and the peace of mind that they provided during the home buying process.
Suzanne was responsive from the very beginning. Since I was in CA she stayed late to help me through the process. Very informative and helpful. The smoothest financing I have ever had. I was really impressed that I could sign electronically so the process was really quick. The educational videos sent through the process were really cute and entertaining. I would highly recommend Suzanne.
If I could give Suzanne 6+ stars I would gladly do it. Throughout this mortgage process being in TX and buying in TN, Suzanne has been incredible and the person that made the process work. She went above and beyond to help coordinate things that others (realtor) were not efficient at. I would recommend Suzzane and her connections (title company) to anyone.
John was in constant contact with us throughout the whole purchasing process. John continually asked if there was anything that he could do. John was very helpful and explained everything in easy to understand language.

We were pressed to get a loan in less than 2 weeks and needed some help with closing costs. Kim made both happen effortlessly and told us not to worry about anything. An issue came up during the process that was the fault of myself and my wife and she handled it great. When we got to closing they told us how nice it was to have a loan that was ready early and that had no issues whatsoever.

Our experience couldn't have been better or easier with Joe! He is very knowledgeable and really handled everything very well! We applied and then didn't hear much until close to closing because he took care of everything! But when I did want to check in or had a question he was quick to get back to me.
