I highly recommend Joe Pace as a loan officer. He guided my wife and I through the many, and sometimes confusing, loan options available to us. I strongly believe he was able to deliver the best possible, and affordable, mortgage package to meet our financial needs. I found him very easy to work with and very responsive. Joe was very helpful with our home loan. He got everything done very quickly. For first- time house buyer, he explained everything very clearly. After loan application was done, he is still responding to our questions very quickly. I strongly recommend Joe to other people who need to buy house and get home loan.

Joe helped us through every step of getting our mortgage. He answered every question in terms we understood. He even took calls at what would seem to be the most inconvenient times. We never had to wait long to texts or emails. He's very friendly and makes the whole process painless. Even after the mortgage was finalized, he was available to answer questions. We'll recommend him to anyone that may need a mortgage.

The first thing I did when I decided to move was get pre-approved by 3 loan companies through lending tree or some such similar service. That was my first mistake. A friend told me to call Joe. He was responsive, didn't hound me, and did exactly what needed to be done from the very first meeting. I closed on my VA loan in 30 days. He knew the processes. Plain and simple I don't know what else he could have done to make the purchase of my home more easy. Top notch professional. End of story.

Our experience with him was great all the way around. He was very helpful. He was almost always available to answer questions even after business hours and after the closing of our house. He is a all around great person to work with.

You NEED Joe! From the first day we met him, we understood the information he was providing us with. Not because we were that knowledgeable, but because he was that accountable for explaining the details of process. He makes things easy to understand and was willing to keep in contact with us after normal hours(within reasonable limits). He was such an asset to our house buying experience.
