When I decided to purchase a house in Knoxville, the first person I called was Debbie. I was able to submit my pre-approval application right on her website. Within a few minutes Debbie called me to let me know she was working my application. Later in the afternoon I received a phone call from her letting me know I was pre-approved. Lisa made the entire process seem easy and always followed through timely. I would go through her again if needed. Being that it was an out of state closing everything had to be just right. No issues came up and we are now happy in our new home.
