Samanda was absolutely fantastic in our first time homebuyer (pre-approval) loan process. She was patient, knowledgeable and always willing to take a moment to help us further understand what was happening in each step. She made everything easy. Rob was extremely helpful throughout the mortgage process. I was able to lock in the best rate at the time with minimal effort. My loan closed on the projected date without any delays. All fees were explained prior to closing and there were no surprises on the big day. Whenever I had any questions about the current rates or changing nature of the markets, I received a return call the same day most of the times, and within 24hr always. Would recommend Rob to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.

I contacted Jenn with some questions regarding refinancing of our current mortgage. I explained to her our goals and what we were trying to accomplish with a refi. She worked through several different options and scenarios with us. Jenn was extremely knowledgeable and informative - and I asked a TON of questions. In the end she left the choice up to us, but recommended that we wait based on what we were trying to get out of it and how long we have owned our home.
