Working with Samanda was an absolute pleasure. She was on top of it all, not just on her side, but my side too. She helped keep me on schedule to make sure we closed on time. This was our first home purchase and she made it a breeze. Would I recommend Samanda Knight? YES!

I had my house on the market for a year. During that time J.T. had completed all the necessary paperwork for houses that I was interested in, but of course those houses sold before I was able to sell mine. I took it off the market and did a lot of upgrades and it sold before I put it back on the market. This left me 30 days to find a new house and get all the paperwork done.
