RecommendedHonest and Fair. I just had them out to my house today to look at our tankless water heater that's on the fritz. Instead of just selling the job the rep (Mike?) showed me what was going on with it and how it could have been done differently. He is currently researching our model before quoting me. In my experience honest plumbers (all skilled tradesman for that matter) are extremely hard to find so hold on to one when you do. MCPD is definitely my go to for any of my future plumbing needs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Unfortunately did not have a good experience. The person who came out complained that we had a Rheem multiple times and mentioned that he doesn’t like to touch Rheems. He left without diagnosing the issue and charging us $50. He told us to call the manufacturer, and when we did, the manufacturer told us they don’t speak with the homeowners, only the licensed plumber. Now we are left with no resolution.

This is not a review about the work(because no work was performed) this is a review in regards to customer experience. Had the team come out and provide an estimate, I had the work scheduled, then the team comes back to start the work, notices that a “special part” needs to be ordered and they will reach out to their contacts and then call me back to reschedule.
