RecommendedMy basement drain backed up. They changed out a cast iron j trap, put in pvc, snaked it and ran camera down. Came back next day water jetted it and pulverized those freaking roots away, ran camera again and sent me video links to camera footage! They are spot on! Second time that did a big job for me and I would highly reccomend them!
RecommendedYes they were quick to respond. But the only BS I find is that the guys should have told me how much the parts were (toilet flange) before installing. They told me it’s $200 on top of the bill just for replacing the part, but they were already out replacing the seal. Besides me feeling ripped off, the service was good (I know, I contradict myself).
RecommendedQuick and efficient. Tim and Duncan were wonderful. They explained what they were doing and made a bad situation easier to deal with. I will be using them for any future plumbing issues.
