Noisy and creaky Lodge Woman at check in wasn’t welcoming. Gave us room keys that did not fit locks. Schematic of room layouts for Lodge was not correct. Our room was shown on front of building. Our room was on back of building. Why would this happen??? She was also difficult to reach via telephone. Too easy to have everything right! Great location

Horrible The water did not work for our stay Very Unsanitary especially with the Virus going on.There was NO EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL ANYONE!!! I HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF BACK HOME!!! Property Was Nice

Fair Small room. Bathroom fixtures. Only room view was a grass bank. No breakfast. This was proclaimed to be a resort. Nice mountain area.

Disappointing Pool was not in service, However they did give a small discount for this. In addition the water in the shower was cold, very uncomfortable. They did not offer any compensation for this. Cost of the room what is too high for this type of lodging

Rooms are clean and comfy but you may not have running water We drove for 3.5 hours to spend a full day here. We arrived to find the pool was closed and waiting for repairs and it looked like it had been closed some time. The water pressure was very little in the showers that night and the next day we had no water at all. Our kids were filthy from our hike and we couldn't even wash our hands. They managed to get the water back on late in the afternoon but the water pressure was still very low. It's disappointing because we h... read more

The view is amazing but their are a lot of things that could've been better. I don't like that the jacuzzi heart shaped hot tub didn't work our whole stay, we had to drive to the pool (1 mile), & the last 2 days of our stay the pool was unexpected closed (we didn't find out until we drove to the pool) smh. The view from our room was breathtaking. Also the view from the pool was nice.

We tested the jacuzzi tub prior to your arrival and after your departure for the next guests and found no issues.
