So very disappointed. Signed up to receive a free month (after paying for last up front) and was promised I would not be charged before a particular date as long as I canceled. Was charged before this date and was refused help when I immediately contacted them to fix the issue. Best gym I've been to in the valley. Incredible features and technology. The equipment is all brand new and seems to be like the best equipment around as far as I can tell. Every amenity you could ask for in this gem. I recommend 100%.

I gave this business one star, because in today's day and age, they offer 2 cancellation options 1. to risk your health and come into the gym to cancel or 2. spend money on a certified letter sending it directly to them for cancellation... Even though for decades an email signature and a fax signature have been legitimate forms of cancellation or execution of a contract!!!! Not customer friendly!!!!!

If you want to get trapped into overpaying this is the place for you! Tried to cancel membership ended up paying for extra months because staff could find the membership and I was told there is no way that could happen. Customer service nonexistent. You have no other recourse with corporate office they say they have nothing to do with individual gyms. Find another gym or better yet buy your own equipment. I wish I would have seen their website reviews, I never would have joined, looks like this is their norm.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Also not following COVID standards, as workers do not clean and neither do members. Customer service will NOT call you back, so don't bother.

What an amazing facility with the best staff. Clean, awesome equipment, great classes and the best childcare staff/area in the valley. My family's entire physical, emotional and mental health have improved. Additional kudos to Mountainside for going above and beyond to keep their facility safe and open during these difficult times.

This gym is awesome!!! Very clean and very friendly staff!! Lots of equipment so very little too no waiting time. Also love their classes!!!

Great gym has all the amenities you'd want plus a basketball hoop and sauna/ steam rooms. Equipment is new and in great shape. Yelp should really remove the Down voters that don't even have a membership here that just came to troll because of the coronavirus. This is an excellent gym

The staff doesn't clean the facility, nor do they ask the members to. I reached out multiple times via email expressing my concerns about mountainside's lack of cleaning practices. It wasn't until I added this video, taken at 4:33 am on May 27th that they agreed to cancel my membership without penalty. Now that they're refusing to honor the mandate from the Governor to close their doors I thought I should share this and update my review.
