Great place to workout. Lots of friendly staff to help out at anytime. Very clean and modern. Free towels and lots of space in the mens bathroom for showers, steam sauna, dry sauna and your locker for a change of clothes. I attend many of the workout classes and yoga and have always found helpful friendly people there to motovate you to do your best. The best place I've found.

Mountainside Fitness is without a doubt in my mind, the best fitness club in Arizona. The value is incredible, providing access to over 17 Valley wide locations, dry sauna and steam rooms, and 80 + group fitness classes included in my membership! The staff is incredible and the facility is always in top notch shape and cleanliness. If you're in the market for a new gym, I highly recommend Mountainside Fitness. Mountainside Fitness Awatukee, Phoenix on Ray Road Phoenix acquired my membership from another facility and never contacted me concerning this transfer. Mountainside Fitness business practices are very questionable and misleading. Customer service is lacking. I would not recommend joining this type of establishment due to my personal experience. After having an accident and breaking my leg these people would not work with me. Sheryl is the fakest person I have ever met. The management is unacceptable at this location. Customer service is non existent. If golds didn't close down, these people wouldn't be in business. The inside smells worse than goodwill and tthe machines look like they came from hulk Hogan's s home in the 90s.

I am a new member to mountainside that got caught up in the golds gym debacle, through the unwarranted transition from golds I found the mountainside staff and particularly the manager Caitlyn to be extremely kind and helpful. They helped me to see that I am actually getting more out of my mountainside membership than I would have at golds gym. Best health club ever!!! One important reason is how clean it is! The club offers great amenities. Nice and friendly staff, tons of group exercises to choose from. My personal favorite is the PPZ class! Family friendly environmental as well!

Was leaning between a 3 and a 4 star. Things I really like: good equipment, showers, towels, and a very clean facility overall. Things I wish were different: additional platforms for deadlifting, a bigger facility to accommodate for the number of members, more times for cycling classes. Not that bad of a place, but defInitely not my first choice.

This is hands down the best mountainside fitness location. The staff is amazing... everyone is extremely friendly and more importantly it is always kept immaculately clean. It is a fully equipped gym with anything you would need including nice facilities with a sauna and steam room.

So I first joined in 2018 and then canceled because of billing issues. Decided to give them another chance. Bad decision. When I signed up I was posted as a joint account with my sister. I was told everything would be the same including the yearly fee. I was billed a yearly fee 01/01/2020. Was already planning on canceling because Vasa Fitness is cheaper and offers more and they don't seem to have the billing issues that mountain side constantly has.
