Terrible place and worst customer service. Gentleman at the front has a BAD attitude. We are here to work out, we are trying to be healthy and trying to live a better life. It's not up to you to turn people away based on how they look in appear. You don't know how we are. I recommend EOS. Even esporta... The only redeeming quality about the fitness center is the bathrooms, and the three rooms that they offer fitness classes. The juice bar makes a mean protein shake.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was supposed to be signed up on a couples membership that would cancel out two months after use due to living out of the country majority of the year. My wife and I were actually signed up on two individual memberships that never ended up being canceled out. We have now been hit for over $300 in charges in membership dues and fees. Will definitely never go back there and I will make sure I spread the word around. It's a good gym too bad it has idiots running the place.

Warning. Watch your credit card bill after you have canceled your personal trainer. Three months has past and Hannah has started billing again. She said there was not a cancellation form on file. After phones calls and going into the gym she amazing found the form in another file. I also experienced a employee using my credit card to let another member card on my account. Best advice is to make sure that the people who work at the gym get the credit card number off your file when you are not a member.

I sent an email to the general manager of Mountainside Ahwatukee and asked for a recycle bin. She sent a reply back about taking out the trash more promptly. I responded back to clarify again, no I just want a simple recycle bin. This gym sends ridiculous amounts of plastic to the landfill every day. No recycle bin showed up. Very clean gym with well kept machines! There are many machines to choose from and the smoothies at the smoothie bar up front are delicious!

I just got vaccinated so back to the gym I have gone. This review is from my experience the first week of being a member. They keep everything really clean. It's a great facility. They have a lot of machines and a good variety of machines as well. They have a great selection of classes. A spin studio. Yoga studio. I love a steam room so I'm happy they have that. And towel service taboot. So far I have no complaints.

Before the pandemic I was so so on Mountain Side Fitness. The equipment is clustered together and you are pretty much bumping into each other on some equipment. They were always running out of wipes fir the equipment. The spaces were awkward and too small for working out. After the pandemic I was really disappointed that the staff wasn't wearing their masks properly. So very disappointed. Signed up to receive a free month (after paying for last up front) and was promised I would not be charged before a particular date as long as I canceled. Was charged before this date and was refused help when I immediately contacted them to fix the issue. Spoke with the sales rep Stephen and just felt extremely disrespected and now understand that Mountainside is not a customer-centric company. Best gym I've been to in the valley. Incredible features and technology. The equipment is all brand new and seems to be like the best equipment around as far as I can tell. Every amenity you could ask for in this gem. I recommend 100%.
