I like this gym. My son loves the kids club. I like the group fitness classes. Clean facilities. I just wish there was more fitness classes at the following times: 1) weekday mornings other than 5:30am but still before 8:30am. I cannot get up as early as 5:30am but wouldn't mind fitting something in before work starts. Something like 6:30am or 7am start 2) a weekday during lunch break, like noon 3) Friday after work like 5:30pm

BE CAUTIOUS WHEN STARTING PERSONAL TRAINING. I PAID $1150 FOR 1 MONTH OF SESSIONS. I restarted my membership in Ahwatukee a few months ago. During my very first day I met with a few trainers, and we discussed what it would cost to have a personal trainer. I was told it was going to cost $382 dollars for 2 times a week/30 min sessions for 1 month. I was very excited but cautious. So I stated that I wanted to meet at the end of that first month and discuss how things were going. I wanted to be certain this would work with my V... read more

House bill 2697 was signed into law by the governor of Arizona to enable people to cancel their gym memberships via email when I attempted to do this I was told they don't follow this law because my contract was signed before the law I can find no documentation about grandfathering in old gym memberships. This place is criminal. I am contacting the attorney generals office to take further action.

I went into the gym to cancel my membership for health reasons and was pushed into "freezing" my membership instead of cancelling. You cannot call or cancel online you must physically go in. The membership was then re-activated after several months, and at that time I was still not cleared to work out. Again, I had to physically go in to ask them to cancel it, and to please refund the month they had charged me for the unused month I wouldn't be able to use, and they refused to refund it. As a small business owner, I would ne... read more

Love this gym! Clean and organized. The classes are great and towels are always available. I've never come in and not received a "enjoy your workout" And a "have a good day" when I leave.

Terrible place and worst customer service. Gentleman at the front has a BAD attitude. We are here to work out, we are trying to be healthy and trying to live a better life. It's not up to you to turn people away based on how they look in appear. You don't know how we are. I recommend EOS. Even esporta... The only redeeming quality about the fitness center is the bathrooms, and the three rooms that they offer fitness classes. The juice bar makes a mean protein shake.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Was supposed to be signed up on a couples membership that would cancel out two months after use due to living out of the country majority of the year. My wife and I were actually signed up on two individual memberships that never ended up being canceled out. We have now been hit for over $300 in charges in membership dues and fees. Will definitely never go back there and I will make sure I spread the word around. It's a good gym too bad it has idiots running the place.

Warning. Watch your credit card bill after you have canceled your personal trainer. Three months has past and Hannah has started billing again. She said there was not a cancellation form on file. After phones calls and going into the gym she amazing found the form in another file. I also experienced a employee using my credit card to let another member card on my account. Best advice is to make sure that the people who work at the gym get the credit card number off your file when you are not a member.
