Diondre assisted us with our gym tour and membership sign up. Of course, the fitness center is beautiful, locker rooms are perfect, clean, etc. However, the most important factor for us was how we were treated. Diondre easily represented the most courteous, professional, and caring customer service interaction we have had in a decade. Thank you so much making this a pleasant experience. If all the employees at Mountainside treat us like this, you will have members forever. Thanks!

Update on this: one of our issues was resolved being that we got refunded our February payment that we paid because we were told not to cancel to avoid a fee we should never have had to pay. Still havent received their version of our 'contract' that we have requested multiple times. Edit: one of our issues was resolved due to the GM Caitlyn who was the first person to actually help us. Gorgeous and clean gym with tons of amazing equipment and a layout that actually works with your workout! In addition, this Mountainside has great customer service. Although the service has always been good, the newest employee Colton is the first employee to ever greet me by name. This act was the tipping point from a 4 to a 5 star. Thank you for making me feel like more than just another number!

One of the best gyms I have ever had! It's nice and clean. There are always machines available. Staff is very nice and welcoming.

Just switched from lifetime to mountainside fitness, best decision I've made in a while. My main issue with my previous gym was their rude staff from the initial interactions to present. And I only tolerated it because of the convenience of how close the gym is and how nice the facilities are. But I could no longer deal with the rampant classism and age discrimination at lifetime. Excellent gym, perfect location, clean. It's never too crowded and there are plenty of machines so you never have to wait. Equipment is top-notch and they have plenty of free weights, bench presses, and squat racks. So glad I made the switch because I couldn't be happier.

Excellent location!! This is my second "home gym" from Mountainside locations. Everything is new and clean and the staff cares about you and your goals. All the trainers are ridiculously nice! I watch them with their clients while I warm up in the cardio area and always have something new to try. Don't hesitate to ask for help and thanks to everyone at the front desk for filling my tumbler with ice everyday, appreciate you all!

New Gym opening adding to the chain perfect location. Best part still to new to be packed which is the best part. Updated new machines spaced out perfect and plenty of cardio machines to go around. And hate to say it yes a CrossFit area

What's there not to love about mountainside ! Finally getting more and more family members to get there memberships! However this one by far my favorite one just because it's spacious and new! they are working to modernize it as much as possible. I love love the new charging station in the gym! Always clean and neat and when I go work out I know I will be in and out due to the fact that there is space and there are multiple machines and I'm not just standing around waiting for one!
