Mountainside Fitness Marina Heights in Tempe is an awesome club with a beautiful view of Tempe Town Lake. They offer multiply amenties to accomodate anyone! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this club over any other.

I like the place most of the staff I'd friendly.. But it's sure funny how our sales person sherrol was as overly friendly as possible in till the day after we signed up she ghosts us like were invisible even when we tried to waive hello.. Nothinshe looks the other way.. Wow.. My lady is over all that nonesence .. .. Plus we asked a couple times for our sign up Amazon gift card we never got we gave up asking..oh well her loss I have 12 employees at my business I was going to get the whole crew a year membership.. I love this gym! It's so clean and I love the design. Variety of class offerings, childcare, clean and well-kept locker rooms with wet and dry saunas. Love the mood lighting in the yoga and cycle rooms.

Diondre assisted us with our gym tour and membership sign up. Of course, the fitness center is beautiful, locker rooms are perfect, clean, etc. However, the most important factor for us was how we were treated. Diondre easily represented the most courteous, professional, and caring customer service interaction we have had in a decade. Thank you so much making this a pleasant experience. If all the employees at Mountainside treat us like this, you will have members forever. Thanks!

Update on this: one of our issues was resolved being that we got refunded our February payment that we paid because we were told not to cancel to avoid a fee we should never have had to pay. Still havent received their version of our 'contract' that we have requested multiple times. Edit: one of our issues was resolved due to the GM Caitlyn who was the first person to actually help us. Gorgeous and clean gym with tons of amazing equipment and a layout that actually works with your workout! In addition, this Mountainside has great customer service. Although the service has always been good, the newest employee Colton is the first employee to ever greet me by name. This act was the tipping point from a 4 to a 5 star. Thank you for making me feel like more than just another number!

Just switched from lifetime to mountainside fitness, best decision I've made in a while. My main issue with my previous gym was their rude staff from the initial interactions to present. And I only tolerated it because of the convenience of how close the gym is and how nice the facilities are. But I could no longer deal with the rampant classism and age discrimination at lifetime. I have had only positive experiences with staff of mountainside. I don't demand a lot, just a friendly greeting when I walk in. Even if it is fake... read more

Excellent gym, perfect location, clean. It's never too crowded and there are plenty of machines so you never have to wait. Equipment is top-notch and they have plenty of free weights, bench presses, and squat racks. So glad I made the switch because I couldn't be happier.
