I just left there and the person at the front was super rude to me and my guest. She was a guest of mine who wanting to try out the gym since she's new to town and the lady at the front was super nasty. This has always been my main gym but I drove to the Tempe location.
The facility is clean, staff is friendly and the equipment is new. Love the ability to use the classrooms when class is not in session - access to yoga equipment, free weights, etc. Bonus - this location has a sauna & steam room!
Unlike their sister gym in Ocotillo the Ahwatukee Mountainside is AWESOME! The childcare seems clean and the people working there are super attentive and helpful! The classes are fantastic. They have state of the art equipment. I just with the Ocotillo location would take note since it is right down the street from my house. In the meantime I'll be hanging out in Tukee until I can find a better gym that's closer to me!
Clean with nice equipment. Ladies that run the kids care are amazing with children. My wholefamily loves this gym
love it here. I drive all the way from NE scottsdale to come here. Clean. bright. Friendly staff. Members arent weird like at Scottsdale/Shea location.
One of the worst gyms I've been a member of. I'm constantly kept waiting by staff members when I need something at the front desk. Bathrooms are not kept stocked and can be a little messy. Equipment is not up to date at some of the locations. If the membership price was a little cheaper I wouldn't be bothered but for the price they ask I'm not impressed.
Mountainside Fitness Marina Heights in Tempe is an awesome club with a beautiful view of Tempe Town Lake. They offer multiply amenties to accomodate anyone! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this club over any other.
I like the place most of the staff I'd friendly.. But it's sure funny how our sales person sherrol was as overly friendly as possible in till the day after we signed up she ghosts us like were invisible even when we tried to waive hello.. Nothinshe looks the other way.. Wow.. My lady is over all that nonesence .. .. Plus we asked a couple times for our sign up Amazon gift card we never got we gave up asking..oh well her loss I have 12 employees at my business I was going to get the whole crew a year membership.. I love this gym! It's so clean and I love the design. Variety of class offerings, childcare, clean and well-kept locker rooms with wet and dry saunas. Love the mood lighting in the yoga and cycle rooms.
