Worst Gym Ever. Brian Lawson is the biggest scam you will ever find. Do not believe a word he says. Read the fine lines of any contract you sign they will nickel and dime you as much as they can!

Absolute worst customer service ever . Got here about four p.m. on a Monday . There were 4 people behind the front desk and only one was checking in people. That one person instead of checking in my guest took care of proximately 12 people behind us. Until I finally said something. The manager /vp was in the manager office with three young ladies all of them just chatting and smiling. They all need a lesson in what customer service should be. I'm trying to figure out why we pay so much for fees if it isn't about service.

Been a member for 6 months not only do people know me by my first name. The ladies locker room is always clean and never have I had a problem getting a clean towel. I don't do the classes so I don't have experience enough to comment but the parking lot is always full of others that do the classes. Jordan G. is the BEST trainer I have ever had. This gym is awesome. It has everything including lots of classes, lots of equipment, sauna, steam room and childcare! It is very clean and bright. It has a great mixture of all ages and offers great pricing. I tried it with a friend and then used the five day pass. It is conveniently located right off of the 101 in Glendale.
Love this gym!!! Very clean, friendly staff, and multiple cardio/core/weight machines to keep the exercise regimen changing. Opening at 4:30 am is always a plus for us early birds.
Are you still looking for a gym that feels like they mean business? This place is definitely it. Before I joined, I was constantly told that the membership rates were too high. Finally, I went in and actually got a price quote myself. Considering that I came from a crossfit box paying $120+ a month in membership, I expected a rate fairly similar. Been thinking about switching gyms.. really wanted to try Mountainside. I was impressed when I first walked in. Kids play room looks neat and I knew the little ones would love it. From what I could see the facility looked beautiful. Wait time to talk to a sales rep was ridiculous. I ended up walking out after waiting a long time then finding out there was someone in front of me just as angry. Did not sign up. Went to another gym.

Love the gym and what they have to offer...however trying to find a treadmill that actually works or has a tv that works is next to impossible. Today the magic number was 5. I had to try 5 different treadmills before I found one that worked. Very disappointing and frustrating when you pay what you pay for this gym. Love the childcare they have but I'm here to work out and when you don't have the equipment working it's quite annoying.
I have been going to this gym since April when I switched from another gym, and let me tell you, I am SO glad I switched. At first I was hesitant because this gym is significantly bigger and more expensive than my previous gym, but it is EXTREMELY worth it. It is ALWAYS clean, with a beautiful layout and locker rooms.
