I like this gym quite a bit and I've been going here for a while but damn can you guys wash the face towels properly it's 2017 it's not a hard task to master. They smell like shit everytime like they're being washed and not dried till 2-3 days later

Marius, we appreciate your sharing your concerns about the towels. We do have industrial washing machines on site at every clubs and wash with a pre-allotment of detergent along with over 10 dry sheets with each load to assure consistency and avoid these types of concerns. We will look at our washer and dryer at this club to make sure everything is working properly and add additional detergent if necessary.
Love my Glendale gym!!! Facilities is super clean and staff is friendly. This pass year I lost 52 pounds through exercising and eating correctly....Thank you Mountainside Fitness for help me reach my goal.
I was a member for over 2 years. I signed a personal training contract. Over the course of the past year I have been through 3 trainers who have quit or who were fired. The trainers were excellent and knowledgable. After the 3rd one left I was fed up with the turnover. I contacted the Arrowhead training manager to be let out of my remaining training sessions. Overall, I can say that I'm pleased. The only thing that I have a problem with, and other friends of mine also mention and complain about is that this gym is consistently hot inside. It seems that they are either trying to conserve their AC units and electricity, or their AC units don't work that great. It's like I'm sweating before even working out. We do regulate our thermostat to maintain a comfortable temperature for all and we have the large industrial fans throughout to regulate the air flow. I have been a member of the new Arrowhead location since June, and prior to joining had never been a gym member, anywhere. Great gym but music is WAY too loud!! Not everyone wants to listen to the music you are playing and because it's so loud it's hard to hear anything else. I use my headphones and have to turn the volume up so high in order to hear what I want to hear.
It's a nice gym and worth the membership.The daycare area is ok, better than most. The equipment is new. The amenities are great. I love the classes.The problem is the gym layout and the ridiculous amount of people working out at peak times. It's 930am and I couldn't find a parking space let alone a spot to workout. It's even worse at 430pm. Unless your takin a class or working out at 1pm, finding space and equipment can be an issue
Hands down this is the best gym option in the area. Most modern, cleanest and offers the most. Its worth the extra money you pay to be a member. Most gyms tend to quickly show age and let things go and I hope this doesn't happen here. During a recent visit the run machine TV didn't work properly and either did the 2 next to it. Towelettes to clean the machines are sporadic and today both in the area were empty. There was an empty roll of paper towels close to one though.

My boyfriend and I have a "couple's membership" here, and we cannot wait until our 1 year contract with this gym comes to an end. For almost an entire year we have basically been throwing our money in the trash. Clearly this place doesn't require for you to be a polite, courteous, helpful person to work here.
