This place is going down hill as a lot of gym's do after opening, and I can see why after talking to their manager Tony. Tony sits there with a smug little smile and begins to tell me that all the things that were there when I signed up are no longer valid. He continued to tell me that the owner of a business can change anything at anytime, (thanks for the business 101 lesson). Great facility. Nice selection of classes. Locker rooms and showers are great. However, the staff do not appear friendly. Once you become a member they don't pay much attention or due diligence to answer questions. They need to be trained on retaining customers.

This place is awful. I fulfilled my 1 year contract. Then after the contract was up, they kept charging my card. I assumed, shame on me that once my contract was up, that I was finished. I moved, but fulfilled my contract. READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! LESSON LEARNED ON MY PART. I'm sure all gym's are like this. Shame on them. If I could give then no stars I would. I like this place. No gym is perfect, but this place seems to be always clean and well organized. I love the fact that their personal trainers don't chase you around the gym trying to sell you their services (that's why I left LA fitness). It's not too crowded considering it's located in a busy and populated area. The staff is really nice, I always get smiles and they always greet me and my wife. Their protein shakes are great too. Yes it is a bit on a pricier side and I don't like the annual fee (I just find it weird). But ... read more

Updating my review for the positive. I've since joined, management reached out to address my concerns which is what I wanted. This somewhat new location is as expected, I hope to utilize more of their amenities.

Worst costumer service ever! I walked in, and wasn't greeted, and They were pushy and didn't ask about my goals. I wanted to get a personal trainer to help me but they were all lazy. They didn't know what they were talking about when it came to Body mass index or anything! I'm never coming back to this place. Great gym! We have a family membership and everyone in our family loves it. My husband uses the equipment and says there's a great selection and options. I usually go to the group classes. My favorite is Zumba with Carlos because he turns the lights down and uses a disco ball so it feels like a club! Everyone is really nice and it feels very comfortable working out here. Gym is great but Jillian, woof. So dang rude. Treated me like an idiot when trying to ask her some simple questions about my membership.
