I like this place. No gym is perfect, but this place seems to be always clean and well organized. I love the fact that their personal trainers don't chase you around the gym trying to sell you their services (that's why I left LA fitness). It's not too crowded considering it's located in a busy and populated area. The staff is really nice, I always get smiles and they always greet me and my wife. Their protein shakes are great too. Updating my review for the positive. I've since joined, management reached out to address my concerns which is what I wanted. This somewhat new location is as expected, I hope to utilize more of their amenities.

Worst costumer service ever! I walked in, and wasn't greeted, and They were pushy and didn't ask about my goals. I wanted to get a personal trainer to help me but they were all lazy. They didn't know what they were talking about when it came to Body mass index or anything! I'm never coming back to this place. I've been a member with LA FITNESS now 7 years and I'm glad I didn't make the switch because my trainer here is really knowledgeable, mountainside was just closer to my work, but now I know its worth the drive to my cur... read more

Great gym! We have a family membership and everyone in our family loves it. My husband uses the equipment and says there's a great selection and options. I usually go to the group classes. My favorite is Zumba with Carlos because he turns the lights down and uses a disco ball so it feels like a club! Everyone is really nice and it feels very comfortable working out here. Gym is great but Jillian, woof. So dang rude. Treated me like an idiot when trying to ask her some simple questions about my membership.

Love the new location. It's bigger it's better it's closer. What else can I say? The whole building is clean, the people are friendly and there is plenty of classes if you want to mix it up.

Mountainside fitness has been a great workout facility since we joined a year ago. The staff is amazing and friendly, there are classes you can take or personal trainers available to learn from. Plenty of space, machines and free weights available for all aspects of your workout. I've been able to do everything I need to keep myself motivated here. Love this place!
Mountainside Fitness in general is the best affordable gym I've been to. I enjoy the classes and the amenities. This location in particular is my favorite because of the friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and always smiling it make my gym experience more enjoyable. Thanks happy valley staff!!! Keep it up!
