They follow CDC guidelines perfectly. Very clean. All employees wear masks . I have been a member here for a while and never have had a problem. I truly hope they keep the gym open as it's not only good for the body but good for the mind. This is really a place of peace and relief for me and this is an essential business that needs to stay open. PLEASE STAY OPEN, THE PUBLIC NEEDS YOU!!!
Always clean and everyone is wearing a mask who works there. They are following CDC guidelines completely. I go there about 6 days a week and never had a problem. I hope this gym stays open because this is good for people like me who use the gym for good mental health. Please please stay open for my sanity !!!!!!
Finally the long anticipated Mountainside Fitness - Paradise Valley is here! This location took over the La Camarilla Tennis Club and couldn't have happened at a better time. Unfortunately La Camarilla only had their Pickleball and Tennis Courts booked daily while inside's fitness center and gym was a ghost town.. I started coming to this gym four years ago. The main reason is because they have a functional fitness area. An area dedicated to where you can do Olympic lifts and functional fitness style workouts, and be able to drop the bar in that designated area. I was just told you aren't allowed to drop the bar in this area anymore. So this is not a functional fitness area then. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO WEIGHT LIFT! the gym itself is fine, nothing special. but beware that they make it impossible to cancel your membership, before you sign up.
Rude staff that are often unwilling to help customers or extremely uninformed about policies. This unfortunate behavior is magnified by the smiley faces that quickly turn to snarls.
They're way too packed nowadays.. you'll end up waiting for machines 90% of the time and it doesn't matter what time of the day you go. Please pick another gym.
This stain has been on this toilet for 2 weeks now. Not the first time this has happened. There was a blood stain on the door not too long ago, wasn't cleaned for daysssss.
Members are a priority until you ask a question about charges on your account and then they are "busy" and put you on hold for over 30 minutes. Call back and told they are busy and will get back to you eventually. Unless you are buying something no one seems to care, third time this has happened and fed up.
