I used to love Mountainside, as I have been going there for 8 years. Unfortunately I had really awful incident happen and I wont be returning. I left a meaningful sweater in the sauna, and as soon as I left the facility, I called. The girl at the front desk put me on hold so she could look and came back on the line to asked me if it was a "fuzzy black sweater", which was confirmation that she did in fact find my sweater. I highly recommend Ava for personal training services!! She is personable, well organized, and every session is unique. I had positive results in strength snd muscle growth! She was accommodating for my husband's injuries and was able to offer options to target the muscle. Ava was a delight to work with!!

What was missing at other gyms I have been to in AZ, I found at Mountainside Fitness PV. Signed up a few months ago with Cameron, super friendly and knowledgeable about all Mountainside's amenities and policies. I was very pleased with how he answered all my questions. Caitlyn who I believe is the general manager has been super kind to me every time I check in. I feel like all the staff take interest in their members. The facility is kept very clean. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in AZ!

This place is the saddest place for my kids. The ladies at the kids care are so rude. No expression. I cannot trust that they like their job being around kids. I've noticed the kids care manager hides behind a pillar where the camera can't see her very well, and her look just doesn't give me any trust in leaving my kids there. I've actually cut my workouts short because I just didn't feel warmly accepted or that they liked being around other kids. This place needs work even though it's new! It's the staff. Tom, the former CEO fought very hard to stay open for the guests and his own sake at the start of Covid as Casinos and Dave and Busters did not shut down. He fought in court and stood for our freedoms. Also a great, clean gym with most necessary exercise equipment.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST GYM! Do not trust them. I signed up for a six month agreement and they renewed it automatically when I was trying to get out of it and cancel it and it ended up costing me $100 to cancel something I'm not using because there isn't a close location for me to use. I will never give my business to this gym nor will I ever recommend. Their staff was unsympathetic and basically acted as if they didn't care. They made no attempt to remedy the situation. STAY FAR AWAY!

I sent a letter in to cancel almost 4 months ago. They have been trying to charge me every month since because they claim they did not receive a letter. This is 2021, why do you make it so difficult to cancel a membership, or continue to charge people who have not used your service?
