Worst experience ever. If discrimination was an award, I’d give it to this hotel. Zero customer service. We were blamed by the staff for a phone being broken in the room (old 1920s type rotary phone that was nailed awkwardly to a wall), which was already broken when we checked in (I picked up the phone to call for extra towels and there was no dial tone and I saw a piece of metal on the floor) and we advised the staff but nothing was done. Hotel con bonita decoración, bien ubicado pero con pocas prestaciones Te hacían la habitación cada tres días. No queda muy claro en que consiste el cargo de 25 $ por día que realizan para consumiciones en el hotel. Muy complicado cuadrar la factura total ya que realizan varios cargos a lo largo de la estancia. Convenient location and a fun decor but AC in the lobby was off the charts The lobby area is very very cold and not comfortable to hang out It’s fun and the location I needed
