The facility itself is very good, however they are having some issues with their staffing. The people who have been there for a long time are really good. They are doing some activities, but our loved one says the food there sucks. The value for cost is pretty good.

The community is clean on the inside and the outside, the facility is wonderful and we can tell our loved ones demeanor has changed for the better. The staff really loves the patients and you can tell on their faces they do feel loved. They do get to take the residents out with their van to drive around, and will even go through a drive thru to get hot chocolate. The spaces inside the community are immaculately clean, no fowl smells however our loved ones bathroom is not as clean as it should be. Some of the staff embers are great and some are not. The things that have gone really well is that they recently hired an activities director and she sends around questionnaires so that is really showing that the activities are improving. I would tell others it is okay community. The staff are good when I have to checked on my loved one. The visits are being allowed indoors by scheduled appointments

I would tell others that they promise a lot and they very much under delivered. We explained her issues and they made it sound like it would be a great fit and it was not. I was up there all the time and it was not a good experience.

There was a lot of turn over in staff. The good staff was overworked. They were not hiring qualified staff. We had a staff member that was great and the director was good but we had a lot of issues with the daily staff. The medication was not given correctly. We went on Halloween with the grandkids all dressed up, they told us my mom was at the ER, I had not gotten a call. My mom was there for three months and I had to move her out.

My mother have been here for two months, and we are extremely disappointed with the care she has received, personal items missing and the quality of the meals. Not recommend this facility for your family.
