My mom got settled into Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse just 10 days before everything had to shut down due to Covid. Not ideal! However, we learned quickly just how reliable, thoughtful, and compassionate the staff were going to be. My mother just loves it at MCE Sachse. She feels at home. She also enjoys the socializing. She plays Rummikub at least once a day, and she never misses movie night. I will soon be able to visit her on the front porch once a week. We are looking forward to that! My grandmother has lived here for months and the staff is amazing. They really care about her and she feels safe. She loves the other residents too, they have definitely become family.

Dad lives there and loves the place. When I go to visit him it is like actually going to his home.

My mom lived there for six months. They really treated her special. Staff was like family. I recommend Mustang Creek Sachse to anyone!!

We have been very happy with Mustang Creek for my mother-in-law. It is always clean and smells good. The staff is very always very helpful and kind. Anytime we pop in, she is clean, dressed and her room is always tidy. There is a bit of turnover but that is common for the industry. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased!

My mom has been here right at 6 months. The staff at House B is very kind to her and treat her like family. Staff always calls to give me updates on how she is. As for the head staff- AMAZING. I can tell they truly care about my mom and if she is happy. After moving her from another facility, I can see a huge difference in her, Even with dementia I can tell she is happier here. This is my first pick. I felt at home when I walked into the community. I was able to interact with one of the residents who was 94. She let me see how her room was decorated and gave me some decorating tips. Both [name removed] and [name removed] were very knowledgeable. This community will be on my list for my Mom and family to view.

We have really liked the Mustang Creek Sachse. The staff is very attentive to needs of the elderly residents. Food is exceptionally well planned and served in timely home-like environment. Care is well maintained and cooperative staff when needs of residents arise. We are very pleased that when we visit it is always a pleasant experience. Staff and administration are all doing their part in making the residents life as easy as is possible for this stage in life.

Enjoyed my visit at Mustang Creek Estates very much. It has everything I was looking for my dad. It is clean,bright and state of the art amenities.More importantly the staff I met especially [Name removed] seem to really care about the residents. It is competitively priced, but still at the top end of what my dad can afford.Whether we end of choosing this facility or not I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living community.
