We have really liked the Mustang Creek Sachse. The staff is very attentive to needs of the elderly residents. Food is exceptionally well planned and served in timely home-like environment. Care is well maintained and cooperative staff when needs of residents arise. We are very pleased that when we visit it is always a pleasant experience. Staff and administration are all doing their part in making the residents life as easy as is possible for this stage in life.

Enjoyed my visit at Mustang Creek Estates very much. It has everything I was looking for my dad. It is clean,bright and state of the art amenities.More importantly the staff I met especially [Name removed] seem to really care about the residents. It is competitively priced, but still at the top end of what my dad can afford.Whether we end of choosing this facility or not I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

The staff members here have gone above and beyond my expectations in caring for my Mother. They really take care of her like she was their mom and everyone here is family. It is a small facility with only 16 residents and they have a good ratio of staff to residents. The meals are prepared in front of everyone and my mom really loves the food. 1: Overall experience was good. We did notice the low staff at each house. There was times we couldn't get in because there was one person working and went to another house to help there. 2: It was clean no issues there. 3: Staff was friendly and helpful at times. 4: Quality of care was overall good, some days could've been better. While you never want to be away from your loved one, the house manager and most of the staff are loving and competent. The food is homemade and the environment is inviting. The rooms are a bit small and cleanliness could be better.

Admin team is very cheerful and helpful. Quick to respond to issues. Quite understanding that all seniors are not in the same place mentally and that aging gracefully without having to go to mental care is an option. I like the "all in" cost structure where all care and services are combined into monthly rent. Many places "nickel and dime" you to death. The environment for me has been awful. For my husband it has been just okay. The staff is not good especially one of the ladies. She is very confrontational. Food is okay at best. It is usually cold and not served so he can eat it. They don't cut things up for him, etc. Sometimes it is okay.
We are happy with Mustang Creek. My father in law appears to like the food. Apartment is a little small. The facility is clean. Staff are nice and patient to me and my husband.
