One aid specifically was very good with our mother, she even helped us with hospice care. She would call us on a regular basis and she was just outstanding. Our loved one thought the food was good. The location, cleanliness of the community and how they handled memory care issues really stood out to us. The only thing we did not like is how it was presented in the sales that if you signed up through them with their doctor the doctor was available that day. The community is clean on the inside and the outside, the facility is wonderful and we can tell our loved ones demeanor has changed for the better. The staff really loves the patients and you can tell on their faces they do feel loved. They do get to take the residents out with their van to drive around, and will even go through a drive thru to get hot chocolate. The spaces inside the community are immaculately clean, no fowl smells however our loved ones bathroom is not as clean as it should be. Some of the staff embers are great and some are not. The things that have gone really well is that they recently hired an activities director and she sends around questionnaires so that is really showing that the activities are improving. I would tell others it is okay community. The staff are good when I have to checked on my loved one. The visits are being allowed indoors by scheduled appointments

This community has a very homey atmosphere, the staff was very engaging, and this was a great place for my father to spend his last days. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

The staff are kind and friendly. The community will return calls within the same day. The primary nurse that cares for my loved one, has called twice a week to check on my loved one, since they are in the hospital. The nurse has been able to give my loved one a hair cut, bread trim, and overall does all things a "mom" would do for their loved one.

We moved Dad to Texas from Kansas in July 2018 after Mom passed away. After looking at multiple senior living facilities, we found Mustang Creek Estates. A wonderful place with different homes Dad could move into as his needs changed. It was not an easy transition for him or ourselves, but the staff helped to make it the best possible and knowing he is ‘home’ again has made all the difference in the world.
