Everyone was very friendly and supportive. Administration was a bit slow responding to some questions, but super fast on others. Would definitely recommend the facility.

The facility and staff were very nice, polite, and worked with my mom. That was not easy. My mom made it challenging for them, but they continued to try. She was in the Assisted Living Plus building and she was able to get out. The door is not locked. But an alarm will sound when the door is opened without putting in the code first. This place did not meet my mom’s expectation because she came from an Independent Living place and wanted the same accommodations she had there. Recently moved Mom into the Memory Care House at Mustang Creek. From our first initial meeting the staff went above and beyond to help get her placed and were genuinely interested in her well being. From the minute we pulled up to move her in, staff came out to greet her and help get her out of the car and settled inside. Mom did not do well at her previous facility but I feel like with the house like setting and smaller numbers of residents, Mom gets the care she needs. Overall experience - [name removed] ended up going to a rehab for sores after Mustang staff said he needed to go to hospital for bleeding out of rectum 3 times but it was a sore from not being clean. He was only there 3 weeks. Cleanliness - Every time I went to visit, his bed was stripped and the 2 extra pair were not in his closet. I offered to make his bed but was told sheets were in the wash. Location is inviting and homelike. Much better than a hospital or nursing home. More quiet/peaceful. Workers have compassion and are very kind hearted to the residents.

Great staff at the visit and during the sign up process. Not so clean some days. More than once his bed sheets were soiled and dried. Meaning they had been soiled for a while. Weekly room cleaning didn't seem to happen regularly. Staff was always cordial and friendly and answered all our questions. As it happened our resident was there only a month before passing away. We moved dad into assisted living when he got out of rehab. He was very hesitant at first but with the excellent care he received his overall health and strength has improved. The staff in Building E has been exceptional and they take such good care of him. 3 meals a day, help with meds, housekeeping and checking on him have proven to be the help he needed to regain some independence.

I would tell others that I would never put another family member there. But would let them know how I walked in on the very first day with my mom's bed raised to the highest height and her safety rails were locked down. She fell out of her bed the very next morning after I called to alert them of the rails being down the night before. The ED insulted my loved one on her first & only call to me. I could rarely get through to her. The staff dismantled his bed to change rooms 3 times the 1st week & he had nowhere to sleep for several days so I had to bring him home. They never had his medication in the system correctly which is very problematic for someone with a brain imbalance. I didn’t want to bring him back there but had little choice.
