They have separate housing for the residents depending on the level of care that is needed - our loved ones bedding was only changed twice in a couple of months. It was not kept clean. There was not enough staff to get things done - there was 1 person trying to do the laundry, cooking, showering and cleaning and it was just way to much. A lot of the staff were nice but just not enough. The meals were inadequate, nothing was really fresh like vegetables. I will say do not go to this facility. Poorly trained staff, inadequate staffing means there is never enough people and this isjust the beginning of this experience. LOOK AT BBB REVIEWS I EXPERIENCED MANY OF THE SAME THINGS. I SAY BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! WISH WE HAD!!

Overall we were not impressed with our experience here. The staff were friendly. One of the main issues we had was getting a call back from management. They wouldn't return our messages. I don't feel there was enough staff to care for the residents. The food was okay for my loved one. They have a chef on site to prepare meals for the residents. This was a nice added touch.

I would tell others that they promise a lot and they very much under delivered. We explained her issues and they made it sound like it would be a great fit and it was not. I was up there all the time and it was not a good experience.

There was a lot of turn over in staff. The good staff was overworked. They were not hiring qualified staff. We had a staff member that was great and the director was good but we had a lot of issues with the daily staff. The medication was not given correctly. We went on Halloween with the grandkids all dressed up, they told us my mom was at the ER, I had not gotten a call. My mom was there for three months and I had to move her out.

My mother have been here for two months, and we are extremely disappointed with the care she has received, personal items missing and the quality of the meals. Not recommend this facility for your family.

Had Mom here for 2 months. Only 2 caregivers for a dozen confused, incontinent, wandering residents. Several residents fell and it seems like an ambulance was there transporting someone to the ER weekly. Food was cooked by inexperienced caregivers and often too tough to chew. Their call system was an actual cowbell that was altered so it wouldn't even ring. They refused to provide grape juice and cottage cheese, saying family would have to provide.
