I will say do not go to this facility. Poorly trained staff, inadequate staffing means there is never enough people and this isjust the beginning of this experience. LOOK AT BBB REVIEWS I EXPERIENCED MANY OF THE SAME THINGS. I SAY BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! WISH WE HAD!!

Overall we were not impressed with our experience here. The staff were friendly. One of the main issues we had was getting a call back from management. They wouldn't return our messages. I don't feel there was enough staff to care for the residents. The food was okay for my loved one. They have a chef on site to prepare meals for the residents. This was a nice added touch.

The community itself is very clean, but the house keeping in our loved ones room could use a little bit of an improvement. Mustang Creek is very convenient to us, and we really like how they have a few residents in a home so the staff members are much more attentive and can provide more one on one care. Also the activities they have are excellent.

The facility itself is very good, however they are having some issues with their staffing. The people who have been there for a long time are really good. They are doing some activities, but our loved one says the food there sucks. The value for cost is pretty good.

The community is clean on the inside and the outside, the facility is wonderful and we can tell our loved ones demeanor has changed for the better. The staff really loves the patients and you can tell on their faces they do feel loved. They do get to take the residents out with their van to drive around, and will even go through a drive thru to get hot chocolate. The spaces inside the community are immaculately clean, no fowl smells however our loved ones bathroom is not as clean as it should be. Some of the staff embers are great and some are not. The things that have gone really well is that they recently hired an activities director and she sends around questionnaires so that is really showing that the activities are improving.
