Tracy worked with me every step of the way. I had to have work done for an FHA loan and Tracy helped to navigate through the process, I was able to have the work done upfront and pay contractor from cash back on my loan at closing. Tracy restored my faith in the industry in working to get a mortgage payment that will help me tremendously. Thank you.

He really went above and beyond and worked really hard on the process to ensure the best outcome. He is diligent and precise. He is super knowledgable and willing to wait when poper documentation takes time. He is passionate about the entire process, even when things seem to go wrong.
