Tracy was very helpful in trying to get me the best deal and help meet my needs. She explained anything I was confused about to help me understand the process better. She was usually excellent at getting back to me in a timely fashion, and if I couldn’t get ahold of her I was typically get ahold of a member of the team that was assisting me
