He really went above and beyond and worked really hard on the process to ensure the best outcome. He is diligent and precise. He is super knowledgable and willing to wait when poper documentation takes time. He is passionate about the entire process, even when things seem to go wrong. I feel like Mark has really become a valuable acquaintance in the industry.
