First and foremost I want to let this company know that I really appreciate Manny G. for the professional role he put into getting this started. And after a long hard outcome his manager Kenneth Alban working with him . And when I tell you not one message or phone call was ever ignored. He made sure I was knowing every step . The level of customer service and sale skills of Tracy is over the top. She listens to your needs and plans the mortgage program around those needs. And she was able to get a better interest rate. She is not like many salespeople- pushy, calling all hours of the evening. She genuinely cares! Thanks again for everything.

The only thing I have to say is we have to cut down on the time that it takes to get the process done. That's my only complaint.
