Austin was very helpful but the lack of knowledge of fha guidelines and policies in the beginning of my search for a loan would have made this a much more pleasant and effective proces, I'm not sure who didnt didn't catch the fha waiting period after a loan was initiated but after we passed the 6mos point and Austin could proceed with the loan it was very efficient and pleasent.
