I went through a pretty lengthy home buying process for many reasons, but Matt was patient and responsive throughout the whole process. He always answered any question I had and offered good advice to help save some money. He also did everything he could to complete the loan before closing (on time).

The lender requested documentation in plenty of notice so we could get it to him with plenty of time to close on schedule. Everything requested was reasonable and in line with buying a house. As we had been through several bad experiences, Ryan took the time to really thoroughly explain my questions and make sure I understood. Very grateful for the special attention and never feeling like I was a pain.

Matt has great communication skills. He stayed on top of everything throughout our first home buying experience. I had many questions and he walked us through the process like a professional. We mostly communicated through e-mail as we are in Germany and the time difference was 7 hours. Whenever I needed anything, he was promp with his replys. Matt was very easy to work with. He was clear and very responsive. Anytime I emailed him (and I did so often) he always reached out to me quickly and explained the whole process thoroughly. He also happened to get us the lowest rate and cheap closing fees. Finally, closing was a breeze. It took 10 minutes for NBKC to finalize everything.
