My wife and I are very pleased with Ryan for being so informative and diligent in getting our loan as promised. Whatever figures were discussed from the start were the same at closing, unlike 3 other lenders i contacted that changed the numbers along the way. Rob did a fantastic job. He worked with me to determine options for my unique situation (told me about a non-obligated spouse loan, which was the only way we qualified), and was more responsive than my realtor; at first I thought he was a robot due to the speed of his replies (he is an actual human :). We closed in 30 days, & he could have gotten it done faster. He got us through the paperwork as easily as possible. Rate was higher because we wound up buying a less expensive house with a smaller loan. Recommend very highly!

Rob was great to work with. He provided me with additional info and savings in working with VA Loans that other lenders could not. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions and explain things further; in addition, he offered options/discounts that saved me money in closing costs.
