Found Rob at Costco Mortgage and it was a great experience. From him immediately calling us to the final closing (which closed earlier in our situation), he was there step-by-step, available to reply to any questions we had virtually anytime. I'm not one to take customer service lightly and if you're like that too, call Rob.

I would not have been able to buy a home without Matt's help. He answered all my questions and kept me updated all along the way. When I mentioned I wanted to close early if possible, he did everything on his part to make that happen, and I closed a week early. I will be contacting Matt again the next time I buy a house.

Robert was extremely professional, responsive, and dedicated to the best customer service. This was my first house buying experience and I took a VA Loan. I honestly think I chose the best lender and loan officer out there. I would never use anyone else if I buy another house in the future. He will respond to any and all questions on any day at any time. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

I had a good home buying experience with MLOA, and Jeff Smith. Jeff was helpful, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He was always easy to get in touch with when needed, even on his personal phone on the weekend or evenings. My agent or I could contact him and he would create new pre-approval letters tailored for various offers on short notice.
