If I had to use only one word to describe Rob, it would be “Responsive”. This word was used by both the closing agent at the Escrow company and our Realtor. He makes himself very available, and is quick to respond (especially by email). It was rare that I could not reach Rob on the phone. One of the best things about Rob is that he remembered me and my situation and recognized me when I called, I didn’t have to wait for him to look up my file like I have had to with so many other lender agents. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Also offered very competitive rates and charges. Worth at least an inquiry to see if they can give you a competitive offer. Ryan was great to work with, definitely the best mortgage closing process I have experienced to date.

If you are reading this debating if you can trust NBKC Bank and Rob as a lender I am here to tell you YES YOU CAN! Rob was absolutely wonderful to work with and handled everything professionally and extremely quickly. In my situation I had made an offer on a house with another lender, and in shopping around found Rob and NBKC bank with a much lower rate (.6% lower in fact).
