Rob Ferger was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive, both by email, text, and a call if I wanted to talk about something in more detail. The rates he offered were very competitive and he was actually able to beat several other lenders offers when I presented them to him. NBKC bank had an easily portal to use for uploading required documents and an easy review and commenting process for areas that I wanted to update. Rob Ferger was the best! He was very attentive to our needs while we were searching for a home. Once we were in escrow, he would work around the clock, as we are in a different time zone than he is. He was quick to reply and fast to get us answers. He was always very reassuring, and positive. He kept us on track to close escrow, and we ended up closing early. He will work hard for his clients.

Ryan was awesome! From start to finish the loan process went smooth. This is the second home I have purchased and this time was way easier than my first which was with a large bank. Ryan answered any questions promptly and took time to explain his answer. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a loan. When I went to closing, the closing agent made a comment that this is the best rate she has seen in a long time. And I even got a credit!
