I have purchased three homes in my life, and this was by far the easiest purchase process I’ve experienced. Rob was timely with answering questions (didn’t matter if it was weekends or late). I would send a message expecting to hear back the next morning only to have him answer me ten minutes later. I can't say enough about how great Ryan was to work with! Buying a new home wound up buying a nightmare on the sellers side. It was one thing after another. And Ryan was on top of everything through every little problem that kept popping up. I'm eternally grateful to him for his extremely hard work through it all. Skeptical at first because like many Loan Agents that blow you up as soon as you enter your information that your loan hunting, Ryan reached out when I was home loan shopping. When we finally found a home and our offer was accepted I reached back out to Ryan who patiently waited and occasionally checked to see if I had any questions.
