Fairly easy. Doug let me know best time to lock with interest rates changing, Fed meeting. Early on he told me to wait to lock in the rate with expectation that the rate would go down. It was good advice

Doug is a very smart and upfront loan officer. He communicates throughout the process frequently. He was always there from 9AM-9PM all days and ready to answer questions. Doug and his team also managed to close on my house in just 15 days which is incredible. I highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for a dedicated mortgage team.
