Jim was extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, delivered everything as promised. He is an absolute asset and I feel so lucky to have worked with him. Everything went so smooth. From getting pre-approved to officially closing on a house a month later. We’ve worked with Jeff when we lived back in SC in 2017 m/2018 and he was our first choice!
