Steve listened and stood by to support our needs and constraints. He was highly available and responsive to provide pre qual letters while navigating a highly competitive market. Hw also supported a rapid closure as advantage to the offer. He looked out for interest rates and locking timing for us to make sure we would have the best foot with changing interest rates.

As a first-time homebuyer, Jake was great to work with. We initially decided to partner with Jake because of his responsiveness and ability to level with us on how to best purchase our mortgage. In the fullness of time, it turned out to be a great decision! Our real estate agent, attorney, and title company all had high praise for Jake. We were able to close under 30 days while working with a 12-hour timezone difference for weeks at a time, and I don't know if that would've been possible without Jake!

As a first time homebuyer Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the homebuying process. He provided me with excellent customer service and information that I do not think I would get from other lenders.
