Amanda was fantastic to work with! She was low pressure, and offered me an extremely competitive rate right from the jump. I also had a quick close, and Amanda was proactive and excellent about communicating with me, my realtor, and the closing agent to ensure everything went smoothly. I was unclear who deal with Richard Long, or Eric Campbell since over to loan officers profiles involved. Had a period of time when Eric was unreachable and was frustrating. Silence. Overall he was attentive and a great guy to deal with.
