Horrible !!!! It was dusty no cleaning they gave one trash bag washing machine was broken and the stove knob was broken the utensils were broken dust everywhere…. The vents were full of dust and caked up dirt and it was bugs inside the place The outside

Never Again! Horrible! The room was nasty and dust everywhere. We went without watching TV the whole time there. The comforter on bed had brown stains, smelled musty and the bed was hard…requested for housekeeping to come they never came, maintenance never came. Indoor pools nasty! We had no table, was told the pool table is used for sitting and eating I would never, THATS SO NASTY! The disappointment goes on. Nothing

I’ve had better. The sheets were nasty. We bought blankets ti sleep on top of the beds. The showers were nasty. The unit could use an upgrade as well. Spacious

Poor When we first got to the condo we found bed bugs so we had an exterminator there the next morning, the beds were broken, the doors didn't lock, there was just so much stuff that we disliked about myrtlewood condos. Will not be staying there again!

Not up to expectations. Amenities are a lie. No t.v. or cable provided. Used towels on the floor from previous guests. Room is in disrepair and needs lots of repairs. Lots of construction material, doors and hardwood, shoved in cracks and inbetween mattress to hold it up. Undisclosed fees and penalties added after payment and agreement complete of 250.00 for rubber bands. Office staff very unfriendly and argumentative about giving parking passes required to prevent towing. Wouldn't repeat. Convenient location.

10/10 GREAT LOCATION! 6/10 PROPERTY The property was out dated. We saw roaches and spiders. I went to the to notify them, but no one came by to spray. I also told them the shower wasn’t working and maintenance never came to fix it. We used ONE shower for 6 days. We have 3 showers at home so as you can imagine, this was a real inconvenience. When you open the oven the bar at the top that heats up was hanging. We had to wiggle the big eye on the stove in order to get it to work/get hot. Terrible! Don't stay there. We book a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children with a Queen bed with a sofa bed. Upon check-in there was only one bed. The staff was rude and did not make any effort to accommodate us. They had us speak with the manager who was even more rude to us. He told us to pile up in the one bed for the night. We left and had to go to another hotel for the duration of our vacations. We call booking.com for a refund. Fair The condominium requires modernization. It was not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, and there were cracks in the bathtub. Additionally, some of the furniture exhibited significant wear and tear. The location was conveniently situated in proximity to various shopping establishments, dining options, and notable attractions.
