We paid for Thursday to Sunday we had to leave Friday Y'all put us on 3 floor and. My husband fell on the stairs and we had to leave early that same so I could take him to the doctor we didn't get all our time there

Poor I had a room that wasn't comfortable and old looking they moved me to another unit that had baby roaches It's close to everything

I apologize that your experience was less than perfect. We try to make every gest stay a great one. As our units are individually owned we unfortunately can not control the decor of the units themselves. I will speak to our pest control team and let them know you experienced a pest encounter. We do spray monthly inside and out and unfortunately weather plays a big factor in pest control. We appreciate the feedback and will take the appropriate measures to make sure this is looked into.

horrible horrible people different people. the stay was horrible. the HOA cancelled the reservation and made me leave a week early with no reason and no nitce.

Adam, The reason your reservation was cancelled early was because of the situation with you and the HOA. The condition of your room and the trash that was everywhere warranted your eviction. We do hate that it came to that, but once the authorities are called there really is no other recourse for us. The safety and concerns for our guests is our top priority.
Beware of this bad host! This was by far the worst vacation experience we've ever had. The after hours check in process was very tedious; the customer service representative sounded very annoyed and even hung up the phone on us. When we finally walked into our unit, the smell of mold was super strong, It was also very hot as the AC would not work. Monica, I do apologize for any inconvenience , but as I explained to you when we spoke before, it was not us that called security. We unfortunately do not operate all of the villas here at the property. there are permanent residents and other companies that operate here as well. We can not control every resident in the facility. Again, I am sorry this happened and I did speak to security for you and they assured me there would not be any further need to check on your unit.
Compromise. Its not a resort. It allows you to have a home like feel and space for multiple people. Don’t expect hotel o Stay anywhere else!!! Looks are deceiving, looks clean to the eye but filthy, nasty and dirty. Poor house keeping. You receive 1 packets of laundry powder to wash you room towels. Housekeeping does not bring fresh towels or empty trash. 2nd bedroom tv is actually a 15 inch computer screen.
