Book through Air BnB, at least you can see what you will be staying in and most of them are direct contact with the owne Too congested with parking and the condo itself smelled of cigarette smoke and old stench. The were some other issues noted with the condo that I have sent to the property management. I have stayed in the condos at Myrtlewood Villas several times and this condo was by far not up to par.

No comment There was no dish detergent only dishwasher detergent. There were dirty silverware in the drawers and dirty pots with food in cabinets.. the floors were dirty and public hairs were around the beds, also the showers were visibly dirty with dirt in the corners and soap film on the sink and tub handles, spider webs on ceilings, and walls thick with dust.. top blankets were not clean. I did not stay in the unit, and I am requesting a refund ilof my money. The condo was not up to par. It had a broken towel rack, a marred dining table, smudges on the mirror, and no light in the shower. . Nothing

The Location and view for balcony is good. Home is spacious.

Disappointing Robbed my family of a decent experience bc we were told that the pool passes were already inside the unit, the couch was dirty. The internet was down, therefore we couldn’t watch tv. The office was already closed and after hours didn’t care. You pay a cleaning fee but you are required to do the cleaning really. Won’t come back! The pictures shown was NOT a room I got. We had stained couches looked like they came out the dumpster dirty curtains raggedy stove balcony door and the Air DON’T WORK ! A running toilet not so clean sheet covers. Terrible !!!! Management was notified several times. Debbie don’t care! I don’t sleep in a bunch of filthy and that’s what I dealt with. Very disappointed !!! They offered to come back and reclean the couch??????? How about some funds back got people in not so good conditions!

Must have could’ve been better it was a lot of running back-and-forth to the Rent office trying to fix things that shoul My air did not work in 4819 unit 105 due to my son had asthma. It was very uncomfortable. I had to repeatedly go to the office and call maintenance the next day. I had to go to the office I had to pack me and my kids up from unpacking to be moved to another place.
