Disappointed ! Matt was rude!!!!! Pool key tags were not returned by previous guests and he did absolutely nothing to accommodate my family so that our children could swim. We had to wait until the next day and called Kathy G. and she provided tags for us. So, grateful to her for saving our trip. The televisions in our condo were hard to navigate and there were bugs in the unit. N/A

Time at ccmf was great but room was not. People at front desk were rude. We were not told there wasn’t an elevator. The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. There were clothes in the dryer and Myrtlewood said I had to contact booking with any complaints. Nothing really

Fair Ordered and paid for a king size bed, but got 2 single beds instead. Location was convenient

Fair Couldn't shower due to a strong gas odor. So Therefore was uncomfortable the entire stay. Location & peace was nice!

Fair No dishwashing liquid. No spices, coffee, etc. Small bugs in every room. Many pieces of broken trim. Cracked tile. Location was central to all of my activities
