Fair the delay of getting the pool passes, it took 2 days... the maintenance were not available for 2 days it was okay

Worst trip ever. The tv's in both bedrooms didn't work. Last guests left socks on couch and trash under chairs.. Patio was not clean. There's nothing to see but a dirty waterfall dogs running around pooping everywhere. The worst trip... up all night, the people running in the room above us all night long. The kitchen was nice updated.The other buildings around on other side.

Awful The vacuum cleaner was broken. Dishwasher had water everywhere at kitchen area. Room smelled like weed. Burn marks on the sofas. A lot of natural light

Your VR system was found in your unit when we went to check after seeing your review. the Hk staff went to the room this morning to prepare it for another guest and they found the item in the unit. We currently have it at the desk and awaiting your return phone call to make arrangements to ship it back to you.
Disappointing
Not enjoyable at this facility The place looked very old bedding, etc. were not very comfortable. Bed was not comfortable. There was no access to the pool closest to us looked very dated. Location was the only thing I liked about the property.

Overall not a bad stay. The pool area not being opened and no one communicating that made it bad. The pool area was shutdown the entire stay. This was one of the main reasons I chose the property because it had the best of both worlds for my kid: an indoor pool and a golf course view. The room was great. The property was beautiful and close to everything.

This is a run-down, unmaintained, tacky condo that no-one is maintaining. Don't stay here This condo was dirty and not maintained at all Light fixtures and switches didn't work. Appliances were rusty or broken, faucets were leaky, toilets leaked and were rocky, the tub smelled of mildew, windows were broken so had water and mold between panes, Carpet was filthy, floor tiles were broken, laminate counter was broken and cracked.
