The condo was very nice overall. The security officer kept harassing us at the pool asking for pool bands but barely checking any of the Caucasian people. We were very uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. Also the price on booking versus the property was not the same. When we arrived at the property we were charged more than what was quoted on the site. The condo was very nice and meet our needs.

I apologize for the security, unfortunately they are not employed by us. I will speak to the HOA and pass along your concerns. AS far as what was charged, we charged what booking told us was the correct amount $1094.08 if you have questions concerning your rate, please contact booking.com and speak with them as that is who you booked your reservation with.

Cheaper than hotels but you get what you pay for. Balcony was unusable due to wasp nests and spiders. Was not cleaned. Indoor pool area only open till 5:00. The lazy river. Close to Boardwalk and beach.

I apologize that your balcony had some unwanted guests to it. We do try to make sure all balconies are clear for our guests to enjoy. I will speak with our house keeping and maintenance department about double checking for the unwanted guests on balconies unfortunately we are only permitted to have the pool areas open while there is staff available. the outdoor pools are open until 9pm weather permitting

Bad I didn’t like how the shower was not clean and how I found candy all over the place in my room. There were things that were already broken also. I liked the property, there was no issue

Good location bad unit Upon arrival at the unit, it was not thoroughly cleaned, especially linen and floors. No mop to use to clean up water and sand throughout the stay. Our wifi passwords did not work the entire time. We saw roaches. Our kitchen sink was backed up due to the stopper being lodged in it. The bathroom shower was backed up due to lots of hair. The living room had two sleepers, one of which was broken. The pools both indoor and outdoor were good along with the grilling area.

Fair The unit didn’t look like it was rent ready. The patio chairs were broken. Shower curtain was dirty. The cabinet door was broken. A hole in the wall behind the front door. Ironing board was bent and couldn’t be used. The unit I booked for was not the unit I received. I booked for a one bedroom and they gave me a two bedroom and up-charged me and the layout did not allow me to use it as I planned.

I do apologize for any inconvenience that you might have had during your stay. We actually upgraded you for free, and you were only charged what the reservation on booking quoted you. I will speak with our House keeping and maintenance departments and have the concerns addressed right away. if there is anything we can do in the future please feel free to let us know

Disappointing Place was too ""Outdated" for the cost. Location was EXCELLENT.
