Disappointing
It was ok No light in rooms where you could see good and the wall outlet were missing covers the villa could be updated with newer beds. The location over all was good close to near by things.

Pésimo servicio Todo muy viejo,tetrico,el Internet muy baja calidad,no cambiaron ni hicieron limpieza en los días que estuvimos,las camas viejas,las sabanas viejas,un borde del mesón de la cocina se estaba callando ,mal servicio y poca comunicación La piscina

I do apologize your experience was not as great as you had planned. We do try to make every guest comfortable and happy during their stay. As it states in our confirmation letter and on the websites we do not provide house keeping services while you are our guests, all of our sheets and bedding is changed out after each guest stay and new linens brought in, we unfortunately are individually owned and each condos owner decorates and furnishes as they see fit as it is their 2nd home. I would not recommend. We reserved to stay for 5 days, and stayed for less than 24 hrs. The room was horrible. While getting our children ready for bed, we found sheets already placed on the sofa bed, we have never seen it done this way, maybe the mattress protector, but not sheets. However, because this is not common, we stripped and prepared to put new linens on from their linen closet, only to find huge food crumbs in the bed on the plastic mattress wrapping. Never again! Definitely didn’t like the roaches that joined us on our vacation! The place need to be updated! Beds uncomfortable! Couldn’t sit out back because the chairs were broke. Pull out couch was broke (not that i was going to use it). Oh and neighbors do not care about the noise rule. We heard an argument one night and a party the other. We only like the indoor pool area.

I am sorry that your experience was less than perfect. We do strive to make every guest comfortable and relaxed. Unfortunately is has been extremely hot and humid here with the rain, so it will draw in pests and other insects. MB is notoriously known for palmetto bugs that will resemble roaches and they live in our palm trees and see shelter in doors when the temp is high. I will speak to the owners of the unit about their furnishings as all of our units are individually owned.
Could do better We stayed in building 4817 unit 303. The place was not set up to sleep 5 people unless you want to sleep on an old couch. It was advertised with two twin beds in one of the rooms and a sleeper sofa. I came with two full sizes beds and a sofa to sleep on. The owner needs to upgrade the couch to a sleeper sofa with a pull out bed. My daughter has sensitive skin, so I didn't let her sleep on the couch.
