Poor went to celebrate my sons birthday he left 3 brand new pair of expensive sneakers only one pair was returned

I apologize that your son left items behind. As soon as we were notified there were items left we went directly to the room and there was only 1 box of shoes in the room. We currently have them at the desk awaiting your arrival for pick up. We are not responsible for any items left in the room and we have a lost and found just for such occasions. We take pride in reuniting items with the owners when they are found.

Very Poor The bed in the master bedroom was in poor condition when I woke up the next morning I felt like a train had hit me, The mattress looked and felt like it came from a landfill. I went to the front desk the next morning and told them I will have to leave a day early because I could not sleep in the bed like that . I was told I will be able to get my money back for the last day and now they are giving me the run around.

I do apologize that your stay was not as comfortable as you would have liked it to be. Unfortunately it was not up to us to cxl your remaining days as you booked through Booking.com. They we unable to cancel your reservation and therefore you were not able to get a refund. We offered another room for you to switch to in hopes that you would find that bed more comfortable.
