The location was great, felt very open but rooms could be changed differently! The room we stayed in was one of the worst I’ve been to! The bed felt like we were laying on the floor. For the amount spent, was not satisfied! The location was close to everything!

Unattended staff 1. The staff gave me the wrong access code so I couldn't get in my room. 2. Then I was given the wrong bands for the pool, and security approached my children to leave. 3. The dishwasher didn't work properly. 4. I tried to reach Stephanie the Manger, I left messages and sent emails that did not get any reply. The floor was dirty, and the dishes were put up dirty. For the amount I paid, I expected better. The location.

I so apologize that you did not have the best experience with your recent stay with us. Codes on the doors are a bit tricky and sometimes good codes do not work at first. Pool bands are limited to the pool that is directly associated with your unit. We have bands that are designated to certain rooms, I am sorry if this got crossed or possibly trying to enter the wrong pool. I would not stay a Myrtlewood Villas in the future. The property was unclean, outdated, and needs a lot of repairs. The master bed was broken, the mattress was stained, the carpet was stained, and the dishes were dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Location. The property was very conveniently located. We didn’t have to travel more than 5 minutes to get anywhere.

Horrible will never return The place was filthy, a lot of stuff broken, tvs didn’t work, screen door broken, carpet filthy, The view is nice

Fair My room was not available when I came to check in, I waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes after my 4'oclock check in time. & when asked about a late check out, was declined I liked the location

We appreciate your recent stay with us and we try to allow late check out when they are available. unfortunately we are at the start of our busy season and could not accommodate you at this time. Our check in process starts at 4 pm and we try to have everyone's rooms available at that time but some rooms need a little extra attention and time to have them ready for our guests.
