Convenient location nice complex air unit had very dirty carpet it looks like someone tried to clean it but they were bl very dirty carpets with stains all over them appeared to try to be cleanedroaches

Location wonderful, unit to be deep cleaned and paint. Dirty all around, at our arrival we had too clean almost everything and vacuum the place. Very disappointing. The sofa is supposed to be like a dark mustard colour but now it is brownish with big dark spots of dirty whatever, we did not really sit on it, because it was so disgusting, however my son had to sleep in that sofa bed that was broken and uncomfortable. this property was not up to standard as far as cleaning. we arrived here on Thursday and ask for a iron to iron our clot not clean, people below us had barking dogs early in the morning

Bad The place was really dirty and smelly, have pictures the place was full of smoke and the appliances were outdated broken and old. This is the unit Bldg. 114847 Unit 102 Tammy Tillman stayed 8/18-8/21,20 Nothing the pictures on the website are deceiving.

Nope It was not clean at all (dishes, carpet, walls, washing machine, sink and shower) only 2 wash cloths for a 2 bedroom villa. Reported all the issues they came to clean and brought us another vac which was broken as well along with more tissue and wash cloths. A hour before departure they brought another vac but what was the point. Unit and all the units probably need a deep clean and inspection prior to you having a rental. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided
Bad
It’s not all that great The property was not bad but had to many issues. ROACHES! They was everywhere! I thought it was only the area I was in but we had multiple properties and they all had roaches. The wifi didn’t work and I called about it from the first day I arrived, it never got fixed. You will not have any phone service. The pool patrol was annoying! My family was in the pool and we had to keep getting out to show our wristbands. The area was nice. It’s really close to the main attractions in Myrtle.

completely unacceptable and disappointing for the money I paid, I deserve a refund. better rooms in public housing than inside condo was very dirty, nasty, horrible with flies. the blanket had dried up white stuff on it and the couch was very dirty with dark spots where you sit and lay your head on. it smelled bad and unhealthy for all. light in bathroom kept blinking so they gave us another one because we took pictures and the other room was not much better. we had a horrible bad experience which was unacceptable and we wil... read more
