Disappointing The unit itself and the available items for use were not there. The property manager was extremely nice Location

All of our units are individually owned and while we communicate with the owners, any changes or updates are ultimately their decision. We do have other units available if you would like to book with us again, we can make arrangements to have you stay in one of our other units on property.

Disappointing Upon arrival check in time was suppose to be at four. The lady at the front desk apologized and said your room isn't ready and we don't know when it will be. I asked well isn't check in at 4? she said yea. I asked for a discount or some type of accommodation but she said she couldn't do anything. After an hour I went in and asked was the room ready ahe said yes. When we got to the room there was 3 people there cleaning the room, so it wasn't ready. I had to wait another 20mins to finish. Bad Indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool close at 9. That is reason I booked the location. Also I had someone that was handicap and I could not get a ground floor room I life the space of the villa

I so apologize that we were not able to meet your room requirements during your recent stay with us. We do try to honor all requests and sometimes we are just not bale to do so. We do take all requests in the order of arrival dates and that sometimes limits us on what is available.

Eh Our condo had cockroaches. The sheets had a ton of stains. We had to clean the whole coffee maker before making coffee. The carpet had a few stains. The "master bed" was 2 twin beds put together making it very had to sleep. There was a lot of space and the pool was not super busy. Pretty close to Broadway at the beach.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ! NO REST AND NOW I WAKE UP WITH ANXIETY! We were being harassed about a noise ordinance at 10pm . 10:20 my door bell rang it was security. I’m in bed , our children are in bed . TV Was on . They said they had complaints of noise coming from my room . Couldn’t be us I let them know , I even asked her to come in & see . She said it was the TV if I can turn it off . So folks they give you a noise ordinance and BED TIME ! it’s LABOR DAY Weekend. So Ok, I shut it off . I do not think I would stay again especially in 4835 Room 302 Furniture outdated as well as worn and stained Appliances outdated no complimentary wifi Roach on the door upon entering holes in wall not enough pillows on bed Did not have breakfast

I've had better stays at the Villa The room the cleanest of the room the fact that the Villa didn't have carts to help get your stuff up and down the elevator the fact that there was no dish detergent or dishcloth in the room to wash dishes with Check in was good. The area is nice I've stayed in other places at the villa. Location is good. It had an elevator

will never stay there again I put in for an early check in because I was traveling with food and birthday cake for my husband. I was Not able to check In until 3 PM. By this time the birthday cake that I spent $250 for was melted and all messed up. The unit that I stayed in was not a true king it had two twin beds that were pushed together in the bed kept separating while sleeping. Therefore I did not get any adequate sleep. I forgot my make up and I contacted them the next day to see if I could pay to have them send it back. They told me some The Refrigerator smell like fish, The bed in my daughters room was broken the dresser was missing a drawer the kitchen drawers were dirty the shower in the master bath was disgusting! Great view and not too far from different places.
