Fair My bed wasn't comfortable. The lazy river wasn't open that was an inconvenience. Everything was ok.

Awful!!! The first room they put us in was absolutely horrible! Wasn’t clean at all and had mildew and mold in the vents. Moved to a second room and it was a little better but still not worth the money! Will never stay again!

Disappointing
Not what I expected, Very disappointed!!! Each night we stayed, my husband & I could hear the occupants in the room above us walking across the squeaking floor. That squeaking sound woke us up several times throughout the night each night we stayed. The advertisement stated would have a king size bed in the master bedroom but the bed in that room was 2 twin beds combined to form a king bed, which was very uncomfortable. Location was great.

Bad The beds were to small an very uncomfortable..No tissue in bathroom.Had to go out to buy dish towels.We were also locked out of room had 3 different codes for 3 days..not a great experience. I love the location

Request for refund The condition of the our Condo. It wasn't properly cleaned. Nor, was our unit stocked properly with towels, tissue, trash bag and other necessities needed during our stay. I liked the location of the Condos, near the beach.

We appreciate feedback from all our guests and as it states on the website we only furnish towels and toiletries for the start of the stay. Guests are responsible for all toiletries after the initial ones placed in the unit. Towels are to be washed and reused with the washing machines and dryers provided and do apologize that the unit was not up to standards. Absolutely nothing!!!! It was a disgusting place infested with bedbags!!!! My sons’s whole body is covered in bed bugs after sleeping in the bed…!!!! We are beyond mad at this place!!!! Code didn’t work in the beginning either to get in the room, we had to wait to get another code which didn’t work either…eventually maintenance came and spent 10 minutes trying to get another code which eventually worked… .
